1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Architract, a digital marketplace for architectural assets including 3D models, textures, PBR materials, HDRIs, and cutouts. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present a security risk.

3. Licenses & Permitted Use

Assets downloaded from Architract are licensed, not sold. Free assets may be used in personal and commercial projects with attribution to Architract. Premium assets, available to active subscribers, include a full commercial license with no attribution required.

Under both licenses you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the original files or trivially modified versions of them, whether standalone or as part of another asset library, template, or generator.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Download quotas on free plans reset monthly. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges and your plan remains active until the period ends.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using Architract you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the catalog by automated means;
• Circumvent download quotas, licensing checks, or other technical limits;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access;
• Use assets in unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Misrepresent Architract assets as your own original creations for resale.

6. Intellectual Property

The Architract name, logo, website design, and all catalog content remain the property of Architract or its licensors. Except for the asset licenses expressly granted in Section 3, nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service and all assets are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architract will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination, Changes & Contact

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may modify these terms; material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice.
